Subscription Refunds

  • Eligibility: Within 3 days of purchase
  • Credit Usage: Must have used 50 credits or fewer
  • Refund Amount: Full refund minus processing fees to original payment method
  • Applicability: Only available for new subscriptions, not renewals

Credit Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

  • Unused credits
  • Partially used credits

Plan Changes

Annual to Monthly

  • Convert within 7 days of purchase
  • One month fee will be deducted

Monthly to Annual

  • Upgrade anytime
  • Difference will be charged

Downgrade

  • Effective at end of billing cycle
  • No partial refunds provided

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Credit purchases
  • One-time add-ons
  • Promotional credits
  • Elapsed subscription time
  • Renewals
  • Processing fees
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

Request Process

  1. Gather your account email, order number, purchase date, and reason
  2. Email support@simpleaibox.com with subject "Refund Request - [Order Number]"
  3. Review within 2-3 business days
  4. Refund processed within 5-7 days (may take 7-14 days to appear on statement)

Extended Outages

For extended outages (24+ hours), you may receive a time extension or credits.

Billing Errors

Report within 30 days of the error.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent termination. Please contact support first before initiating a chargeback.
